Low COVID-19 IgG Titers After Vaccination and Breakthrough Infection in Patients on Clozapine

This report highlights 2 cases of patients taking clozapine who were vaccinated for COVID-19 and had breakthrough infections yet demonstrated markedly decreased antibody responses during the testing sweep.
