The experts stated that antipsychotics are indicated for disorders with psychotic symptoms, i.e. schizophrenia, mania with psychosis, agitated dementia with delusions, psychotic major depression, and delusional disorder. They suggested that antipsychotics are sometimes indicated for mania without psychosis, delirium, and agitated dementia without delusions.
