Article Abstract

Letter to the Editor

Sir: Some psychiatric conditions have features that are comparable
to the intrusive thoughts and repetitive behaviors that
characterize obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). These are
recognized as obsessive-compulsive spectrum disorders. Beyond
a similar symptom profile and associated features, it has
also been postulated that these disorders resemble OCD in their
neurobiology and etiology.
